A Weekend at Home

It's Saturday evening and we have spent the last two days at home because Raly and Reese have been sick. They both have a fever and Raly has a headache and stomachache and Reese a cough, etc. I took Raly to Urgent Care today, thinking that maybe she had strep. The quick test came back negative, but they sent it in for the three day test. We are hoping that they get well by tomorrow. Besides a birthday party in the afternoon, we would like to go to a pumpkin patch. Between times of feeling poorly, they played in this tent that Rhett made for them while I was at an eye appointment. Obviously, at this moment, they were feeling better. I hope it lasts.
Also on Saturday evening, Rhett was in football heaven-three big college games on HD! How could life get any better.
Remote in hand... I couldn't handle watching while he was flipping between the games. He was like a kid in a candy store (or Adam at Starbucks). He just couldn't decide which game was better.

Hi Michelle~

I got your blog address off Dedra's blog. Adam finally shared with me that she did a blog, too! Of course he never mentioned that you had one. Does he know?? Would he remember if you told him? Anyway, it was a nice surprise to be able to see yours, too. Feel free to check mine out sometime!

Hey! Sorry, your kids have been sick. Hopefully they are feeling better now. Allen really wants to get us all out to Colorado this winter to ski. I still don't know what he thinks I would do with Joseph, but maybe I could just come and hang out with you. How far are you from ski resorts?
